Well today is the day .. the last day of smoking for me and Matt both. We can do this together as a family we have to think about Jazmin and thats what we are doing.


I will be posting daily on how its going for both of us so check back daily to see the things we are going thru .. With support we can do this. This is to a new year of new health..
